The Person: You will have a background in events, preferably from an organisation that is a supplier in event production. You will understand how the event business works and the speed, accuracy and adaptability that is required to pull off a spectacular show. Already in a senior role within an organisation, you have experience of managing various business departments. You must have excellent commercial expertise, understand profitability and how to achieve it, whilst managing and motivating staff. You must also be competent in client meetings, able to assess client needs and propose solutions. Travel is also a key part of this role so experience of and a continued willingness to travel is a must.
