The Primary responsibilities include the management of program delivery from pre-sales availability and capability checking through to final campaign reporting, including data analysis, traffic oversight, fulfillment and reporting. The role will involve maintaining sales/client files, activities and databases, providing customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, assisting in the preparation of presentations and proposals and managing a range of advertising and marketing solutions. Core responsibilities Support and collaborate with assigned members of the IDG UK sales team. Demonstrate an excellent understanding of IDG UK's wide range of products and services Gather commercial rates, specifications, and other media data; compile data in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and proposals. Act as a liaison between IDG UK's internal departments (Ad Operations, Lead Generation team, Sales Team, Marketing Team, Strategic Marketing Services, Finance etc.) providing and obtaining relevant and up-to-date information Follow up on advertiser/agency requests for information Assist in the management of campaign launch documents, request forms and work orders Assisting sales personnel in strategising and executing RFP responses, presentations, and various reports under tight deadline pressure, ensuring best practices are followed throughout Interact with internal departments to ensure campaigns are launched on time, pacing and tracking correctly, and performing above and beyond the client's expectations Ability to provide sales leads with detailed insight on campaign performance Desired Skills and Experience Ability to create fast, accurate and detailed reports using Microsoft Word and Excel. Understanding of support systems such as salesforce.com Provide complete administrative back up associated with the Sales & Sales Order System (salesforce.com) by way of dealing with the booking cycle, from sign off, to the actual running and completion of campaigns Presentation/ PowerPoint Ability to interact with range of people involved in campaigns and coordinate activities Deal with rate, position and campaign performance queries Ensure campaign materials arrive and are delivered to stakeholders on time Act as a daily point of contact with all sales staff The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of the following qualities and experience: Attention to detail and the ability to maintain the highest standards whilst under pressure Creative thinker with an interest in advertising strategy and innovation Knowledge of modern media advertising solutions (advertising, demand generation, social, data and network buying, content marketing solutions etc.) A willing, flexible and 'can do' attitude in helping the rest of the team. Solid experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong numeracy skills coupled with high attention to detail. Professional and supportive approach to tasks Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to act on your own initiative and ability to suggest alternative or optimal solutions when required.
