Job Role You will be responsible for the effective execution and implementation of all digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for liaising with the Head Of Strategy, departmental specialists and clients, to ensure tactical implementation is both efficient, and successful in terms of results. You will lead the Digital Marketing team in all areas of activity, providing leadership, guidance, support and discipline. Main Responsibilities Managing the implementation of the client SLA Attending client meetings as and when required (within SLA) Managing the implementation of the Tactical Action Plan for all clients Update of client action plans and status reports Organise and develop work plans for all Digital Marketing Executives Responsible for ensuring the project management software is proactively and consistently updated for all clients To ensure the team are up to date with client requirements and performing on a consistent basis To ensure time spent across the business is balanced with client allocation, demand and priority Ensuring digital marketing standards are met and best practice followed in all digital activity Ensuring exceptionally high-quality standards of all digital activity Act as the first point of support for key accounts and an escalated point of support for non-key accounts Sign off and distribution of all client reports Sign off on all digital output, accountability for all digital output from DMEs Maintain a hard-working, professional culture within the team To ensure other departments impacted by the tactical implementation are well briefed in good time To ensure the continued professional development of the team Person Specification A leader in terms of team delivery and development Extensive knowledge of all digital marketing services and company best practice Understanding of relevant tools and appropriate application: Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEM Rush, MOZ, Google Tag Manager, Google Webmaster, Google Data Studio Understand of analytics and tracking systems Understanding of technical principles behind SEO, PPC and Web Development Superb client relationship skills at director and day to day level Exceptional presentation skills - written, visual and oral Exceptional MS skillset (excel/word/PowerPoint etc.) Self-motivating, ability to work on own initiative and also be an active member of the team Basic knowledge of HTML and Content Management Systems Highly organised, eye for detail The ideal candidate will have working experience within the digital marketing industry.
