You will implement our eTextbook strategy, partner with colleagues from around the Press to seek and encourage innovative new digital product ideas, and shepherd and champion new products through approval and development. The role will also support innovative process improvements to enable new publishing approaches, and partner with global sales teams to uncover new business models to support distribution of higher education digital content. Skills and experience required to become our Digital Projects Editor : You will have experience in textbook publishing, ed tech, or higher education in sales, marketing, editorial, product development, and/or technology; a keen understanding of the higher ed market around the globe and the role of technology in teaching and learning; and experience developing new, innovative products and business models. The role requires the ability to manage a wide range of internal and external relationships to achieve buy-in to plans and successful results and outstanding written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to clearly articulate market needs and publishing solutions to internal and external customers. You will be able to successfully balance vison setting with implementation, with particular emphasis on collaborating with technology teams to deliver market-ready products that make a high impact on successful teaching and learning journeys around the globe.
