Job description

The Brand Amplification Executive will be required to develop clients online presences through their social platforms through organic and paid techniques. The role covers social media management, paid post boost campaigns, content planning and analysis and reporting on the brand performance, whilst linking in with the internal team at Alphageek on the overall marketing strategy. A successful applicant will be capable of working with a range of clients in differing industries, and of providing fresh ideas regularly as to how they can improve their Brand performance. Applicants must be skilled at utilising organic scheduling softwares such as creator studio, FacebookAds Manager and Business Manager, along with other Paid Social software such asFunnel as well as being capable of arranging content campaigns, planning shoots alongside the internal content team, tracking, and measuring the performances against their targets. Some experience of content marketing is desired.

Key responsibilities

Manage the social strategy of different clients right from the content plan to implementing techniques across organic and paid to maximise the potential awareness and engagements for the content.
Experience with Facebook and Instagram services, including Creator Studio, Ad Manager, Business Manager, Audience Insights andFacebook Analytics.
Experience managing social accounts acrossFacebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
The ability to deploy an effective content campaign strategy to achieve results which improve the page following, reach and engagements for the brands.
Perform content analysis to determine performance and improvements / learnings for future content.
Provide regular reporting on client brand performance to the project management team, senior management, and the client
Develop and continuously optimise best posting times, caption styles and content formats.
Work with all aspects of Social Media advertising including but not limited to content planning, post scheduling, story management, on-site content story coverage, post boost strategising and analysing.
Key skills

An ability to write engaging copy, that appeals to customers in different industries.
Knowledge of social platforms and best practices.
Experience of managing social accounts and experience of delivering insight from analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
A strong attention to detail and ability to edit written work.
Impeccable organisational skills with the ability to plan future content.
Strong knowledge of social platform algorithms and campaign strategies.
A passion for knowledge with a strong desire to learn and deploy new skills.
Strong team player who can use their initiative and self-manage.
Having a passion for and knowledge of all things digital.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Confident in being client facing.
Enthusiastic, flexible, and creative problem solver with excellent attention to detail.

2-3 years previous experience in marketing ,advertising, or managing Social Media Ads accounts including Facebook andInstagram.
Must have experience working with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.
Consistently exceeding your goals.
Expertise communicating via phone, email, webinar, and face-to-face.
Hustle and determination.
Ability to adapt to new situations quickly in an ever-changing industry.
Bachelors degree preferred (Marketing,Business, or Communication).
Positive, confident, energetic "can-do" attitude.
Experience in content planning preferred.
Relevant experience

2 years experience working in-house or agency with a proven track record of successfully managing through FB and Instagram pages.
Managing post boosts desirable.
