Senior Social Media, Content and Influencer Manager

We have a new role in our growing organisation for an experienced Senior Social Media and Influencer Manager to join the team. We are looking for someone independent and self-motivated with experience of social media and digital advertising to convey the Killing Kittens message on Global scale. You will take responsibility for the social media strategies, content creation and influencer program and have a chance to use your knowledge and creativity to ensure brand engagement for sex postive people. Promoting and influencing all things relating to Sex.

  • Lead the social media content strategy across a variety of KK brands across mainstream platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest etc.
  • Develop relationships with content creators, influencer - ambassadors, celebrities and brand collaborations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brands and creators for content inside the KK platform
  • Drive brand awareness through creative media partnerships to generate brand growth and ensure brand consistency
  • Ensure the brand messages are delivered and well-articulated through social media outlets
  • Articulate the content and social media strategy across multiple teams within the business to ensure the development of the best content possible
  • Create and maintain a monthly social media calendar for each platform to ensure maximum reach, engagement and follower growth
  • Direct the content and social video creation - Think Vice/Ladbible type mini docs
  • Maintain a direct relationship with the social media platform' representatives
  • Develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to influencer marketing
  • Lead the way and work on developing and refining the influencer program
  • Execution of influencer marketing campaigns for all social channels
  • Manage the build and maintenance of the Killing Kittens influencer and media database
  • Manage the social media and influencer budget and focus on maximising the ROI
  • Campaign analysis and regular reporting
  • Develop and manage a content strategy across Killing Kittens platform to drive growth and engagement to attract partners
  • Review and assess national and global potential of new content.
  • Minimum 5+ years in digital, social media and/or advertising across B2B and B2C companies
  • Clear and demonstrable experience of driving brand and revenue growth via social media in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Have a creative approach to social media strategy - consistently trying to think of new and effective approaches
  • Experience with platform analytical tools and an excellent understanding of social media in a broader mix
  • In-depth knowledge of social media, best practices, with a passion for creating meaningful, relevant, and effective content that lives on these channels
  • A passion, not just for social media from a business perspective, but also for sex oriented subjects
  • Experience developing strategic recommendations/proposals for social media and digital activations (paid/organic) and KPIs to effectively measure success
  • Proven experience in accurately reporting and analysing numbers and metrics
  • Proficient in social measurement and listening tools (ex. Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sysomos, native platform business/ad managers, etc.) and paid social media advertising on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Google Analytics/AdWords
  • Strong communication skills both internally and externally, the role involves liaising with colleagues, influencers, and management, so strong written and verbal skills are paramount
  • Be self-sufficient and able to work in a fast-changing environment
  • Above all, extraordinary organisational skills
