Salary: The appointment will be on UCL Grade 6. The salary range will be £29,152 - £34,153 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance
The Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP) is a department within UCL and part of The Bartlett faculty, known internationally for its radical thinking about space, design and sustainability.
We are currently looking for a Communications, Marketing and Events Officer.
The ideal candidate will organise and deliver IIPP's event programme and related activity; support senior staff to maintain and advance key stakeholder relationships and contribute to the strategic positioning of IIPP as a world-leading hub of new economic thinking.
This role offers an opportunity for a committed Communications, Marketing and Events Officer to play a key role in this Institute. The Communications, Marketing and Events Officer will support the delivery of the IIPP's event programme and the ideal role holder will be very hands on.
The post-holder will be responsible for arranging events logistics; producing and distributing marketing materials; writing events materials, proof reading correspondence; maintaining a robust database of key stakeholders and assist the Media and Communications Manager with regular reporting to internal stakeholders.
This appointment is available until the 31st July 2023 in the first instance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of events management, experience of designing and distributing materials, Adobe Creative Cloud experience, confident with managing contact databases and be a team player.
