The Royal College of Speech & Language Therapists is the professional body for the UK’s more than 17,500 speech & language therapists. The Membership team is responsible for maintaining membership records, dealing with enquiries relating to membership from past, current and prospective members, the profession and the general public and collecting and processing membership subscriptions.
The Membership Officer needs to have excellent customer care and interpersonal skills, a methodical approach to work and ability to pay attention to detail. They will be able to deputise for the Membership Manager including supervising the Membership Assistant and managing the collection and processing of member subscriptions. They will also coordinate the work of the membership team to support the RCSLT’s digital strategy, particularly the further development of RCSLT’s Salesforce CRM system.
