About the Role
The Multimedia Manager will lead RUSI’s multimedia strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality video and audio content. We are looking for someone who will be RUSI’s resident expert on multimedia. The postholder will manage end-to-end production of audio-visual content for RUSI’s social media channels and website.
Passionate about video and audio, the postholder will keep abreast of the latest technical developments in multimedia and advise RUSI on innovation in this area. This is a new position created at RUSI and there is potential for the role to grow.
Day-to-day responsibilities include video and audio production; management of live streams; management of freelancers and suppliers to produce audio and visual content; management of photo and video archives, and publication of audio-visual content on social media.
RUSI has a growing portfolio of podcasts and videos, as well as content from RUSI’s growing schedule of live events. The postholder will create strategies to deploy this content effectively to further the Institute’s research and engage audiences in line with RUSI’s business objectives.
