Reporting into the Technical Services Director, and working alongside a team of digital specialists, they're looking for an SEO Manager to shape, manage, and deliver world-class Organic strategies across a wide range of diverse and varied campaigns and projects for their clients. You'll be a hands-on team leader, as willing to get stuck in delivering on the day to day as you are discussing strategy with their clients.
You'll work amongst the Organic and Content team to develop, manage and ensure successful implementation of Organic strategies and campaigns from concept to completion. You will be responsible for communicating the overall organic strategy with clients, as well as ensuring the timely delivery of activities and managing team priorities. The team is currently a perfect mix of technical SEO analysts and dynamic content producers.

The ideal candidate will have experience across organic and content strategy and in management of organic activities. They will be able to juggle multiple accounts and strategies, ensuring deadlines are hit, activities are delivered to a high standard, and the organic team is working on the correct priorities. You should demonstrate your proactive nature and take the initiative to identify areas for improvement to the clients and within team projects.
- Demonstrated experience in SEO and Organic strategy: technical SEO, content production and general optimisation
- Demonstrated experience in team management
- Strong understanding of site analytics and tracking requirements
- Understanding of the synergy between SEO, paid media, display and social activity
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Client relationship skills - including experienced presentation skills

Ensures all clients have clear and agreed SEO forecasts, objectives, roadmaps, milestones and resource plans, with technical SEO, content and general optimisation working in partnership and not in silo.
Ensures client targets and objectives are achieved and milestones delivered.
Primary point of contact on SEO issues for agreed clients.
Ensures acknowledgement of client requests/queries within no more than 4 hours and ensures SEO team respond within reasonable timeframe.
Prioritises, briefs and organises all clients weekly and monthly reports with activity, insight and data reviews, plus monthly or quarterly performance reviews to the agency's standard supported by the SEO team.
Support and input in the agency's standard and level of detail.
Monitors and reports to Managing Director & Technical Director on SEO client and team performance and activities, weekly.
Reacts to problems, issues, failures, missed deadlines to re-prioritise and adjust activities & priorities across the team.
Work with and be trained by industry experts at the forefront of digital marketing channels and platforms
