The Role...

The Gaming Content Manager will have the responsibility to deliver games that help bring the Betfair brand to life at every gaming product touch point.

The role will be to live and breathe how our customers interact with our gaming products to ensure we deliver an easy & speedy, engaging, innovative and above all safe set of customer experiences that helps Betfair win in a highly competitive, regulated market.

The Gaming Content Manager will shape & execute a vision & strategy for how Betfair can leverage its significant game portfolio & game supplier partnerships (in-house & external) to create a differentiated and market leading mobile led gaming offering.

The successful candidate will report to the Betfair Head of Gaming Product and will work closely with the broader Betfair Gaming Tribe to ensure maximum alignment across our strategic pillars.

What you will be doing..

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the Betfair gaming content range and performance will be on a par with or exceed industry leading experiences.
Work with Product, Commercial and Operations stakeholders to ensure the Betfair content positioning and merchandising is optimized across our range of sites & apps in order to serve customer demand and improve commercial performance and brings the unique Betfair brand to life.
Work with colleagues in Product & Tech teams across the group to identify and onboard new content partners and games.
Align with key stakeholders in Commercial, Marketing, sister Brands among others to plan the release and promotion of new games and optimize based on performance analysis
Develop & maintain strong relationships with our external game studio partners to ensure the ongoing development of mutually beneficial partnerships
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the Flutter group to maximise percentage of revenue generated from inhouse game studio content.
Drive financial performance through optimisation of range and position of games based on individual game margin optimisation and supplier revenue share agreement
Leverage personalization capabilities e.g in-house models, platform capabilities etc. to drive commercial performance by ensure the right customers see the right content at the right time
Own relationship with Operations and resolution of customer queries and issues related to Betfair gaming content.
Align with key stakeholders in Commercial, Marketing, Compliance, Insight, Design amongst other areas to validate, refine and optimize the Betfair gaming content strategy & roadmap priorities based on customer insight, relevant data, commercial performance, regulatory requirements and the competitive market context.
Provide regular updates on content performance and delivery progress against road-map deliverable's.

What We're Looking For...

Essential Skills & Experience:

Strong industry experience with excellent domain expertise in particular with regard to slots, live casino, gaming content providers and gaming generally
Stakeholder management & influencing skills: Is comfortable operating at pace to a high standard despite requiring the involvement of multiple stakeholders across multiple countries in order to deliver results. Actively builds a network of effective relationships across Flutter. Can get things done both through formal channels and informal networks.
Driving results: A highly motivated self-starter, with a proven track record of driving commercial growth through flawless execution of a robust marketing strategy in a fast paced, results-driven environment
Analytical thinking: Highly analytical, good attention to detail and excellent problem solver with a flair for identifying trends.
Customer focus: Dedicated to meeting and exceeding the expectations of external and internal customers. Customer-centric, thinks and acts with the customer in mind.

What you will bring...

Core Competencies:

Are you creative thinking in developing a mobile centric product experiences?

Do you have project, process and time management skills enabling campaigns are consistently delivered on time and to spec despite various disparate stakeholders and work streams?

Do you have strong reporting and data analysis skills to identify key insights, value creation opportunities and process or performance improvements, which are all subsequently deployed back into the campaign planning process?

Do you have strong report writing and presentation skills with excellent knowledge of presentation tools?

Have you demonstrable knowledge of and interest in the real money gaming landscape of suppliers & competitors?

You will have a minimum 3 years' experience working in an e-commerce or m-commerce environment, ideally in a B2C product role.

You will have experience in personnel management.
