Job Description

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Ideal candidates will have experience leading if not one then multiple team of designers and channel, direct and support their creative finesse into something really, really spectacular.
  • You must be prepared to thrive within an upbeat and multi-tasked environment.
  • You are going to be responsible for the welfare and atmosphere of the studio, inspire clients at all levels, champion the creative output of your team, manage work-flow, and think strategically as well as conceptually.
  • At least 10 years experience within the consumer branding and packaging industry with clear examples of luxury and premium alcohol.
  • Someone who is competent at owning, building and championing the creative to client relationship.
  • Serious motivation and capability in navigating their team to discover inspiring and unique brand stories.
  • A team player, someone who can not only work with the lower levels of design but work collaboratively with the Executive Creative Director and Managing Director to ensure the client's vision follows through.
  • A curious individual who will challenge conventional barriers of design.
  • A contemporary and incredibly innovative portfolio showing their creative direction and also their own elements of design.
