Our client is the UK's largested Private Medical Insurance intermediary, they work with all of the UK's leading insurance companies to provide the best advice to their clients! They are looking to expand their inhouse Paid Media (PPC & Social) team; they strive to explore every opportunity & avenue possible to scale up their digital presence in the PMI industry in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is willing to take more ownership in their duties as they're a small, yet fast-paced team of digital experts. With support from their senior board members, they enjoy a great amount of flexibility and freedom to come up with creative ideas; no idea is a dull idea!

Duties & Responsibilities

As the Senior Paid Media Executive, you will be a big part of driving business growth;

  • Optimisation of Google and Bing PPC accounts to drive qualified paid traffic to the company sites to maximise ROI/Traffic/Revenue through Paid Search, Display, Remarketing, and Paid Social campaigns
  • Day-to-day paid campaign management (ads creation, keyword mining, building landing pages, etc.)
  • Strategy building and its implementation
  • Forecasting, reporting and data analysis
  • Project management with internal & external stakeholders
  • Regular audits of accounts to maintain best hygiene and spot opportunities
  • Constant testing & learning
  • Competitor analysis to stay on top of market changes

Personal Specification

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Min. 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful PPC campaigns (inhouse or agency, lead-gen/ROI focused)
  • Experience in managing paid media incl. Google, Bing, Display & Social
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools
  • Ability to crunch big data into actionable insights
  • Commercial awareness to drive business growth forward
  • A willingness to learn, research and use their own initiatives
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience of managing a large budget to ensure maximum return on investment
  • Can work as a team player whilst being able to work as a solo key player
  • A keen interest in health/finance industries
  • Proactive approach to new challenges and ideas
