What you'll do

We're on the lookout for a Senior Media Performance Executive to join our Gaming Media Team, in what is a brand-new role for the business. This team leads all aspects of the media strategy and delivery for Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo and Sky Casino.

It's an exciting time to join the team as we embark on a new project to review our performance reporting and develop our Media Measurement Framework to shape the Gaming Paid Media Strategy of the future.

You will be responsible for bringing together key data points from all paid media performance, analysing, spotting trends and reporting this back to the Media Teams and Business.

Marketing, media, numbers, analysis, metrics and tracking performance - Are these common words in your repertoire? If so then this might well be your next role.

Here are some of the main responsibilities:

  • Develop, build and publish regular & routine reports and performance insights from Paid Media channels, daily, weekly and monthly, spotting patterns and translating into meaningful insights.

  • CRO analysis/Journey refinement and reporting, optimizing through the funnel.

  • Working in collaboration with Campaign Media, Acquisition Media and Digital Media Teams to provide a holistic view of our current performance and run rates.

  • Fraud monitoring and analysis, highlighting areas of concern.

  • Working with the Acquisition Performance Manager, BI/Product and Marketing to ensure we have the right data and optimum journeys are being developed and on future roadmaps.

  • Works with our Media Agency on data requests and reporting, aligned to various marketing measurement frameworks.

  • Budget reporting - under/overspends, areas for development and opportunities to go faster.

  • Play a key role in the annual forecasting process by working closely with channel owners.

How you'll do it

  • An understanding of marketing performance, particularly around paid media channels and experience in monitoring and trend spotting.

  • Detailed media reporting experience and knowledge of key measures such as CPM/CTR/CPA/return on investment.

  • Minimum standard of intermediate Microsoft Excel plus usage of Adobe Analytics, Data Studio.

  • SQL skills would be an advantage but not crucial.

  • Have strong analytical skills and have the ability to interpret data into measurable insights, spotting key trends and acting upon them.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Problem solving skills, resilient and can cope well under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong collaborator.
