My client is an international financial media company who do live & digital Events, Publications, Research. Respected within their market with very successful brands. If you have 3 years' experience within b2b conference/events and have exposure with building and managing event platforms such as event apps or virtual events, then this is a fantastic role to gain more exp within this leading financial media co.

This is a busy role working on some exciting events. You will lead and work closely with marketing team to make sure website and virtual event platform is always accurate. Responsible for sponsorship management working closely with sponsorship teams make sure delegate registration process is accurate.

You will be the sole lead on an event for up to 500 people managing all aspects of the event from registration speaker, sponsor, & platform management working with external contractors to on the day running onsite /virtual platform. Speaker management: working closely with the production team, liaise with all speakers, ensuring they are registered on the CRM system, updating their information (photo, session details, biography etc) on the website (wordpress) and virtual event platform. Liaising with external contractors: including, but not limited to, venues, AV suppliers, signage contractors.
