Programme Manager - Training and CPD
Location: Based at home, but will be expected to visit the locations of this organisation's training programmes around England and Wales.
Contract: Permanent Full-time
Salary: £30,600 per annum
About the Employer
Our client is a small and ambitious arts and health charity and they are looking for a Programme Manager for Training and CPD to join them in this newly created post. As part of their team of programme managers, you will work within Services to develop, manage, and quality assure training and CPD needed to support the innovative Dance to Health programme and the charity's sector support services.
Your responsibilities will be split between the training this organisation offers their dance artists, and that for arts and health professionals through the organisation's Institute. You will work with expert facilitators and external training providers to design, promote, manage and evaluate a range of training courses and activities.
Reporting to the Head of Services, this is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative training and support for practitioners and professionals in the emerging arts and health sector.
Who are they looking for?
To succeed you will need a strong track record in adult training, experience of evaluation and quality assurance within education or training, and familiarity with the arts. You will also need good project management skills, and the ability to forge and sustain strong relationships with partners and trainees.
Your ability to be creative, adaptable and work well in a team, together with your well-developed understanding of equality and diversity, track record of completing projects on time and budget, and superb organisational skills are also essential requirements.
Due to the nature of the charity's programmes, you will need to be available to work on occasional evenings and weekends.
