Customer Success Executive

 

Job Description

The successful candidate will be supporting the Customer Success Manager (CSM) in maintaining a portfolio of the Sales Teams Key Account customers (Technology vendors / media agencies) being the point person for specific campaigns & clients / assisting Customer Success Manager on larger key client campaigns

Understanding our customer's strategic goals and success metrics you will help to ensure full delivery of these across Dennis product portfolio

Customer priorities include:

* Campaign success feedback - Identify customer opportunities and work with CSM to create/leverage case studies that can help the sales team

* Identify at-risk accounts / pass upsell opportunities to sales teams

* Provide end-to-end campaign support to CSM of Webinar projects, liaising with internal Dennis teams and external suppliers (video production)

* Lead generation campaign assets/incentive - audit/feedback/recommendations

* Delivery Process - manage expectations on how we deliver with the client / agency

* Follow-up process - work with CSM to recommend best practices to clients and agencies

* Reporting

Internal Priorities (with support from CSM) include:

* Work seamlessly with CSM and sales teams providing insights/recommendations to drive commercial success Ensure flawless, transparent and effective communication with Lead Delivery team on client briefs

* Ensure Salesforce is correctly updated and comprehensive in terms of campaign criteria and details

* Topline review/checking of quoted lead volumes, campaign quotes and leads from demand generation delivery team

* Translate customer feedback into product requirements - what else do clients want? How can we improve campaign success

* Track internal performance of all clients. Volume, partners, delivery routes

* Support Sales to build out account plans for all key accounts

* Assist with all admin elements of key accounts
