Energy Specialist / Customer Care/Social Media

I'm working with a growing, stable, exciting brand within the Energy sector, who are looking to take on permanent people in their Customer Care and Engagement teams. You'll need to have at least some experience of the Energy supply market, everything else they'll teach you.

This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your understanding of the Energy market, develop your customer relation skills, and hopefully begin a successful career as part of a growing company.

Energy Specialist / Customer Care - responsibilities

There are multiple roles available, but as an overview, the roles will involve:

Resolve complex customer queries via email
Identify trends in customer feedback
Manage company social media accounts and respond using channels
Identify areas for business improvement
Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders Energy Specialist / Customer Care - what you will need:

Minimum of 6-9 months experience in the Energy supply industry - the more the better!
Excellent customer handling and customer care skills
Strong attention to detail
Brilliant communication skills Salaries range between £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (permanent) + company benefits
