Job Description


We are looking for a Head of Digital Products to work within the Marketing Team. You will be an influential leader who will work closely with a wide range of colleagues including IT Digital, Marketing and the Support & Revenue team.

You will lead the Digital Product Management team who are responsible for our supporter online experience across our main website, mobile app, Join/Renew, Donate, Bookings & Events, My NT, Digital Shared Sign-In, Adobe Campaign Content Management Systems, Holidays and Online Shop. You'll also lead for other design & build streams.

The role requires a curious mind and strong leadership skills as you'll be the figurehead for the team responsible for delivering our future Digital Roadmap as well as overseeing existing online environments.

Financial acumen is a key element of this role given responsibility for the significant project budgets required to keep our online platforms delivering against the expectations of our supporters.

Interviews will be held on 30th & 31st December.

What you'll be doing

The Head of Digital Products will be responsible for delivering our long-term Digital Roadmap and providing ongoing enhancements to the Trust's existing supporter-facing digital products. This will be achieved through your team of Digital Product Managers and help support our cross-divisional digital marketing and communications strategies.
