Great opportunity to join a thriving publishing/events business based in Central London (WFH at present)
Looking for an exceptional events coordinator with advanced excel skills and superb attention to detail.
The events coordinator will be the main point for contact for delegates, sponsors, and speakers. The events administrator will take full of the end to end registration process.
Provide event sponsors with attendee lists and maintain websites, update new information, send out tailored marketing packs to sponsors
Create event microsites and webinar landing pages once event dates are confirmed
Maintain an up-to-date attendee list and revenue figures for each event, and provide the events team with a weekly registration report that flags any gaps in marketing
To fulfill this role we are looking for candidates with 1-2 years maximum B2B event organising experience, (not venue experience) and with delegate and speaker management together with solid Excel skills.
