FRENCH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT / HELPDESK ADVISOR- BOLTON - PERMANENT - £18K - SHIFT WORK

My client a European supplier based within prestigious, modern, open plan offices in Bolton are looking to recruit a French speaking Customer Support Executive / Help Desk Advisor to join their friendly team.

Shifts:-

  • Week 1 - 5 weekdays - Early shift - 6am to 3:30pm (9hr shift)
  • Week 2 - 1 weekday - Mid shift - 7am to 4:30pm (9hr shift) - 2 weekend days - Weekend shift - 6am to 6pm (12hr shift)
  • Week 3 - 4 weekdays - Mid Shift - 7am to 4:30pm (9hr shift)
  • Week 4 - 5 weekdays - Late Shift - 10am to 6pm (7.5hrs shift)

YOUR NEW ROLE

Your key duties will include:

· Providing remote support on systems

· Investigating and monitoring issues

· Liaising with Engineers to resolve issues

· Requesting maintenance visits from various contractors

· Producing paperwork for faults / parts required

· Producing weekly and monthly reports

· Budget reporting

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

· French speaking

· Confident, professional telephone manner

· Punctual

· Able to work to conflicting deadlines / timescales

· Good attention to detail

· Team player
