Account Manager - Healthcare PR - Wimbledon, London
Salary: £30,000 - £41,000 plus excellent benefits
Our client is an integrated healthcare communications agency who are seeking a PR Specialist to join their team and be responsible for project and client management.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years + experience working for a healthcare communications agency. Have excellent PR experience, a strong understanding and knowledge of the media, in an editorial sense with good writing skills.
This role allows you to work with a fantastic variety of healthcare accounts, giving you the opportunity to work on a mixed portfolio including pharma, consumer health and medtech and a broader range of activities including awareness campaigns; product launches; stakeholder and patient engagement, and collaborations with experts.
Requirements for Role:
PR specialist with media relations experience.
Experience running awareness campaigns, working with medical stakeholders, patient groups, Pharmaceutical experts and Key opinion Leaders (KOL).
Media savvy, have media contacts.
Able to communicate on multiple channels via Digital and social media to high level influencers, the public, patient groups and a variety of other audiences.
Experience writing and pitching to audiences.
Experience communicating to the media.
A track record of delivering successful projects and campaigns, have excellent writing skills, and a confident attitude to translating complex science into different digestible formats for a variety of audiences and media.
