PPC Specialist

* Digital media professional

* Excellent knowledge and delivery experience across Google Display, YouTube and Social. Significant examples of PPC campaign planning, implementation, optimisation, reporting, analysis and recommendations

* Able to suggest, implement and measure KPIs. E.g. event / goal tracking and conversion rates. A strong understanding of, and experience with, reporting tools, e.g. Google Analytics

* Pro-active in identifying new ideas/trends and how they can be applied to existing campaigns and/or initiated as new ideas for existing clients

* Sees the bigger picture - self-motivated to suggest new approaches to PPC and paid media activities that meet evolving client needs

* Analytical from a marketing perspective - able to explain user interactions and how content / campaigns can be optimised and refined to support future success

* Builds strong relationships with colleagues and with clients

* Commercial acumen

* Able to handle multiple projects at any given time

* Capable of planning and managing own workload

* Flexible

* Strong attention to detail

* Common sense

* Enthusiasm and ambition (grow department together)

* Hands-on mentality/team player

* In addition, an understanding of SEO campaigns and measurement would be useful

Daily Duties

* Attend digital campaign briefings with account teams

* Scope digital marketing and media plans to achieve campaign objectives, including consideration of all channels available such as GDN, YouTube, PPC, SEO, programmatic/display, campaign landing pages etc.

* The focus of the role is PPC, but you might be required to advise on/support the other areas

* Assign budgets to proposed plans

* Manage plans/campaigns - including daily updates across media channels and spend activity. Constant refinement and continuous improvement

* Set-up and monitor campaigns across multiple languages and regions (mainly across EU, but can also include US and China)

* Prepare, deliver and QA campaign reports

* Create 'asset' briefs and utilise created assets (e.g. images, video, copy) in campaign creation

* Create commercial-focused proposals to help grow discipline within agency

* Pro-actively extend existing client remits within digital marketing area


A minimum of 3 years PPC experience in a fast-paced environment

Experienced with Google Display/YouTube/Programmatic/SEO and PPC marketing

Strong Google Analytics (or similar) skills for reporting and recommendations

Google/Digital accreditations across YouTube/Display/Search etc.

Proven case studies of delivering successful international campaigns
