You will also ensure the growth and retention of your portfolio of accounts, growing client relationships and engagement.
As Account Director, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring a high standard of delivery to clients
Developing successful digital strategies
End to end briefing with clients and internal technical teams
Project managing campaigns
Providing reporting and analysis
Reporting on client health, and ensure accounts portfolio profitability
Identify upsell opportunities
Line managing other team members Previous agency side account management experience within digital marketing is essential for this opportunity, along with a proven track record of growing a portfolio of accounts.
Line management experience and experience working on new business proposals would be desirable.
