About the Role
Our Experience Support Assistants will ensure the smooth operation of the end-to-end customer journey throughout Johnnie Walker Princes Street, assisting and liaising with the Experience Ambassadors in order to provide a world-class visitor experience.
You'll carry out a multitude of back of house tasks including preparation, set-up, re-stocking, organising equipment and supplies. You will ensure the professional preparation, organisation and execution of customer experiences within the guided tours, retail and tasting bars.
You'll be responsible for accurate recording of all stock movements that occurs within the department and ensure preparation areas, stockrooms and experience areas are kept in an organised manner and to impeccable standards of cleanliness.
This is an exceptional opportunity to gain multi-functional operations experience within Johnnie Walker Princess Street as rotation requirements within each department will allow you to become familiar with the operating procedures within experience, retail, bar and events.
We are looking for permanent full-time and part-time Experience Support Assistants at Johnnie Walker Princes Street.
About You
To be successful, you'll have existing experience within the hospitality or tourism industries. As you will be responsible for re-stocking tasting rooms between visitor experiences, you'll have strong organisational and time-management skills, alongside the ability to work collaboratively to find solutions to everyday problems and challenges.
You will be a team player and operate collaboratively for the success of the entire team, supporting with visitor engagement, ensuring every interaction between yourself and the visitor is a positive experience which enhances their visit.
You will represent, take ownership of, and become an ambassador for the Brand Home and the brands it represents.
