About the Role
Johnnie Walker Princes Street will be the culmination of all tour and tasting experiences with an iconic retail store situated in the heart of the city on bustling Princes Street.
Our Retail Back of House (BOH) Assistants will support the smooth operations of the Johnnie Walker Princes Street retail store, enabling the Sales team to provide exceptional customer service and bespoke sales experiences. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries, organising and replenishing stock, maintaining the stock room and ensuring all back-office operations are complete.
Alongside back of house organisation, you'll play a key role in contributing to the profitability of retail operations by preparing personalised items when required, placing orders and ensuring all products are accessible and readily available.
Our Retail BOH Assistants will be true team players, collaborating with management and various teams throughout Johnnie Walker Princes Street. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain multi-functional experience as rotation requirements within each department will allow you to become familiar with the operating procedures within retail, experience, bar and events.
We are looking for permanent full-time and part-time Retail BOH Assistants at Johnnie Walker Princes Street.
About You
To be successful, you'll need retail (or related) experience and be guided by a customer-first mindset. You'll have the ability to use your own judgement and make effective decisions, ensuring each customer has a world class experience when visiting our store.
You'll have strong customer service skills, preferably within a customer facing environment as there will be a requirement to offer shop floor support and communicate with visitors.
You'll have exceptional organisation skills, great attention to detail and an ability to accurately input information and to respond to enquiries in a timely fashion.
You will represent, take ownership of, and become an ambassador for the Brand Home and the brands it represents.
