Senior Campaign Manager

 

Job Description

As a Senior Campaign Manager you will be required to build relationships and work closely with suppliers, Category Planners, JMP Account Managers/Executives, Internal & external implementation teams to support in delivering revenue goals and exceeding supplier & category expectations.

You will be responsible for the direct line management of the Campaign Execs. You'll be expected to undertake weekly 1-2-1's, ongoing training and quarterly PDR sessions.

The ideal candidate will therefore need to:

Line manage a team of up to 4 executives

Perform121's

Training and performance coaching

Be client facing

Ensure all sales platforms are reconciled and are aligned

Attend and actively participate in supporting Account Managers in sales WIPS and supplier meetings

Manage & be the main point of contact for any category escalations

Identify and implement processes to ensure a more streamlined way of working (e.g. Deciding what meetings needs to be in place, inc. who attends and what is required)

The ideal candidate will therefore have:

Experience in a Client facing, account management and/or implementation role

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent relationship building skills

Strong interpersonal skills - a strong clear communicator with ability to diffuse potentially conflicting relationships

Understanding of digital media commercial models & platforms, and how they are changing

Proficient in project management and the ability to adapt to fast moving programs

Technical aptitude and ability to converse clearly with internal and external clients

Proven ability to implement complex marketing programmes

Keen desire to learn more about Online & offline media and the retail environment

Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proven organisational skills and flawless attention to detail - data input precision is a must

Ability to function both independently and as part of a team

Proactive thinker who maintains a positive attitude

Strong line management experience and evidence of leading a team
