The Talent Set are excited to be partnering with a fabulous children s charity to find their new Community Relationship Officer (Events).
This role offers a wonderful flexible working environment and is offered as a hybrid working pattern, with primarily remote home-working and the expectation of being in the London office 1 day a week.
You will help deliver a range of new and existing activities. These will enable us to mobilise key audiences and communities across the country to give their time, money and voice to the organisation, collectively fighting for the hope and happiness of young people.
You will lead on the London Marathon and work on a range of events including virtual challenges and third-party events
You will provide stewardship to a range of supporters, from community DIY supporters hosting bake sales through to marathon runners, and gamers via telephone, email, social media and video messaging.
You will build strong relationships with supporter and enhance the supporter journey through writing and building exciting marketing emails.
To do this the right candidate will have experience in the following:
Event or fundraising experience required
Stewardship experience or similar (e.g. building rapport with groups of people)
Strong relationship building skills
Good customer service skills
Creation of digital content
Verbal, digital & written communication skills
Collaborative and innovative
Knowledge of CRM & Marketing systems or similar
