What's the role?

Chilly s are on the look-out for an experienced and high performing Social Media Executive: This is a brand new hybrid position to support their growing Marketing and Creative team.

As a Social Media Executive at Chilly s you will be responsible for managing and creating content to Chilly s social platforms (primarily TikTok and Instagram - plus Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube). You will also be required to produce social-first content, including working with supplied campaign visuals in addition to creating and capturing stand alone assets per platform. In addition, you ll work with a network of content creators to produce additional assets.

You will find solutions to the daily challenges that the team juggle, ensuring you provide overall support to this highly credible team that is central to delivering the Chilly s mission.

What you ll be working on:

Plan

  • Based on the marketing plan + editorial strategy, create and update social content calendar, providing a weekly update to the team.
  • Work with the wider marketing team to develop new social initiatives to drive KPIs i.e. brand launches, partnerships, key retail moments, giveaways, influencer content.
  • Work with the content editor to plan and execute lifestyle and studio shoots + capturing BTS for TikTok and Reels on location.

Post

  • Manage day-to-day posting, editing and optimisation of content on multiple social media platforms
  • Identify reactive opportunities for posts based on their brand pillars.

Respond

  • Regularly respond and interact with Chilly s audience on social to build brand trust and loyalty
  • Continuously monitor UGC from influencers, micro-influencers + community, selecting key posts for inclusion of social plan
  • Work with the content editor to identify relevant creators and influencers to collaborate with.
  • Regular contact with customer services to ensure their communication is on brand and relevant to each social channel

Review

  • Tracking the performance of all content and enabling this data to be fed into future channel strategies.
  • Contribute to marketing campaign reviews.
  • Monitor competitor activity and social trends on a weekly basis to ensure the brand remains relevant

Do I fit the bill? ️

Must haves:

  • A thirst for social media trends (as well as reusables)
  • Creative thinker and writer: able to work both independently and collaboratively on ideation for content across social
  • Minimum 2 years experience creating brilliant social content for brands
  • Naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential. Plus, a passion for pop culture and sustainability
  • Copywriting for social (organic + paid formats) and flexibility to adapt across contrasting tones of voice
  • Strong numerical know-how for reporting and analysing stats
  • Confidence (and experience) in engaging and interacting with Gen Z audiences across all major social media platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills, focus, and attention to detail
  • Basic graphic design for creating social-first assets considered a plus

Competitive Salary: Salary DOE

Chilly's believe in flexibility and value collaboration, and are all currently working in a hybrid pattern, working 2 to 3 days per week in the office (and more on the rare occasions) and the rest of their week remotely.
