Job Description

We have an immediate requirement for a Technical Author / Writer for a short-term contract of 1-2 months to assist with the updated of engineering technical documentation. This is an office-based role in Southwood, Farnborough.

You will be working for a Manufacturing business where you will be working closely with the engineering and technical teams in updating a variety of documents and manuals

You will have

  • Engineering Degree or equivalent, preferably Electronic Engineering would be beneficial
  • Experience hardware systems or scientific instrumentation
  • Excellent technical documentation writing skills with exceptional attention to detail is required
  • Understanding of schematics and technical diagrams for documentation
  • Must be detailed and systematic as well as a natural problem solver
  • Excellent project management skills
