The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join the agency and make a real impact with this role. Working with a small but dynamic Commercial team, the Executive Assistant will have the chance to deepen their sales, marketing and commercial knowledge and experience by working directly with leaders in our fast-growing business.

The Executive Assistant role will be varied and busy; and will involve diary management, email support and project management of sales pitches.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience, working as an Executive Assistant at board level. You will have plenty of experience in supporting a team with administrative duties, multitasking, using your initiative and having a can-do positive approach to work. The role will suit an enthusiastic and driven individual, looking for a position with real responsibility and scope for development. Executive Assistant reports into the CCO and will be part of the wider Commercial team (Sales & Marketing).


  • Project management of pitches: You will own the management of the pitch process, including booking internal and external meetings and ensuring a smooth-running from start to finish
  • Email support: You will support the CCO in email comms with clients in the sales process
  • Diary management: You will support the CCO, Head of Marketing & Sales team with diary management
  • Pitch deck build: You will support the sales team in building and evolving pitch decks using Google Slides, ensuring to follow company Brand Guidelines
  • Pipeline management: You will manage the company CRM (Hubspot) to ensure the sales pipeline is kept up to date
  • Commercial reporting: You will provide accurate and timely weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports for team and board meetings
  • Contract Management: Being the go-to for building client contracts
  • Research: You will support the CCO with research tasks including pitch prep and new business
  • Administrative support: You will support the Commercial team with all admin requests and duties
