Job Description

ITP Media Group produces consumer and B2B content in print, online, social media and through a programme of annual events.
 
The table sales executive will primarily be involved in sourcing and contacting suitable companies and individuals to encourage them to take part in our multiple awards programmes that serve several industries throughout the year.
 
The role includes building relationships, educating contacts on the awards and guiding them through the nomination and table booking process. Converting contacts to nominate and book tables or seats at the awards is at the heart of this exciting position.
 
The table sales executive position will also involve supporting the events manager with event logistics in the build up to and on the day of awards.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will be target driven, have excellent organisational skills and will be a strong verbal and written communicator. An advocate of customer service, the table sales executive will have the ability to multi-task effectively, have a proactive approach to tasks and be able to foster good working relationships.
 
The successful candidate will be educated to secondary school level, with advanced education in sales or events related subjects an advantage.  A minimum of one year experience is required working in a delegate sales/client relations role, preferably with an events company in the Middle East.
 
This is a fulltime permanent role based in Dubai.
