Job Description

We are working with an established brand, design and communications agency seeking a skilled UX Designer to join their team in the stunning surroundings of the Lake District. This will be a rare opportunity towork in an inspiring location with the opportunity for remote working!

This acclaimed agency are situated in an old country pub surrounded with stunning views where the design team work together in a relaxed atmosphere. This multidisciplinary team transforms brands and provides marketing services both on and offline. You will join a team of 11 in the studio where you will work strategically bringing life to a variety of national brands.

As the UX Lead you will be responsible for building and leading the team throughout the design and development process from brief to launch. This varied position will involve conducting research such asuser testing, creating personas through to designing the wireframes and hi-fidelity prototyping insoftware such asSketch or XD. Importantly,this will be a client facing role where you will be understanding client needs and leading projects involving briefing the internal UI design teams and external web developers.

Suitable candidates will ideally have 5+ years UX experience, be proficient in software such as XD, Sketch or InVision and have experience working within an agency. Preferably experience with multiple clients and liaising with multiple stakeholders and internal creative teams.
