We're currently looking for Media Sales Executives within Media & Advertising to join our rapidly growing organisation in Blackfriars.

As a Media Sales Executive you'll be taught how to successfully negotiate high value advertising publications with C-Level Execs & Key Decision makers from across the globe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come on-board that is looking for on-going career development with the chance to move into a managerial position.

OTE

up to £45,000 - £50,000 O.T.E

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing/generating new business leads.
  • To accurately identify and target the key decision makers within a qualified company and speak professionally and with enthusiasm regarding the product.
  • Ensure all personal targets are regularly met.
  • To work with sales management in putting together an appropriate sales proposition and presenting this accurately to decision makers.
  • To keep up to date with current news affairs and topics related to the relevant industry sectors to ensure a clear understanding of current industry trends, developments and issues.
  • Provide management reports detailing pipelines, 'hot' business and expected weekly revenue to managers - providing accurate information.

The ideal candidate will have the below experience:

  • You'll be a recent graduate (2015 - 2019).
  • Some sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work towards targets.
  • You'll be naturally ambitious and looking for a career that offer continuous training and development with the opportunity to progress into management.
  • You will be a fantastic communicator, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salaries along with a uncapped commission structure. £20,000 - £25,000 with a realistic OTE within your first year £40,000 - £50,000. Potential to double within your second year.
