You'll be joining a team of UX professionals that work to create industry-leading experiences across all our channels. We in the UX department play a crucial role in driving a customer-first approach, where we strive to exceed our customer, regulator, and commercial expectations.



As a UX Writer, you will help shape a vision for UX Content Strategy and support the wider team to build toward it.

About you:

You have proven experience in UX and/or digital writing.

As a strong UX Writer, you are able to articulate complex and nuanced technical and business requirements into clear and engaging writing.

You are thoroughly customer centric, you see brand as the whole experience.

You understand that brand is about the customer's perception and experience over time - that it's the convergence of brand, market and product.

What you will do:

  • Work with Product, Commercial and LeCo teams, as well as Experience Owners to help define and write meaningful, fresh and inspiring UX copy that fits with the wider direction and strategy.
  • Collaborate with UX architects, designers and researchers to craft clear, concise content requirements that best achieve business goals.
  • Help create and evangelise content quality and guidelines.
  • Work to identifyproblematic moments in user journeys with the goal of raising the CX bar.
  • Manage an ever-evolving org-wide UX copy requests, including prioritisation of requests, tracking time spent, and follow up on impact.
  • Drive best practices, shape brand tone of voice, whilst promoting UX writing and content strategy across the business.
  • Work closely with translation and central copy writing teams to drive process improvements for a unified approach and alignment around individual brand tone and voice.
  • Take proactive approach to help ensure online content complies with brand standards, web style guide, legal and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Review analytics on an ongoing basis to understand user behavior to manage and shape content and messaging strategies.
