CRO / UX / Digital Customer Journey / Conversion / Digital Marketing / e-Commerce / Online Marketing

Our client is seeking a highly motivated CRO Manager to kick start their CRO team and improve the UX/Customer Journey across their websites. This role will combine elements of data-driven testing and campaign optimisation through the full sales and marketing funnel. This is a great opportunity for someone with high career aspirations, as it is a chance to showcase the results of an effective CRO campaign and help grow an in-house CRO team.

The Role:

  • Manage end-to-end optimisation testing process, including prioritisation, requirements gathering, test implementation, measurement, and next-step recommendations
  • Conduct Quantitative and Qualitative analysis
  • Plan and own an ongoing test roadmap to optimise on-site user journeys
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a testing road map
  • Create and track goal flows to identify pain points in the user journey
  • Identify opportunities for A/B/MVT testing
  • Create and develop tests using CRO tools
  • Optimise conversion funnel through site and landing pages across multiple channels and tools
  • Manage and guide UX/UI Designer to produce designs for testing
  • Work closely with creative/content team to drive new landing page tests and campaigns
  • Work closely with the Paid Media team to improve ROI
  • Research industry leading market trends for future campaigns

About You:

  • Proven ability of successful CRO campaigns showing an increase in Conversion Rate/Revenue and AOV
  • Strong hypothesis-based tester with A/B and MVT optimisation experience
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and highly organised is a must
  • Experience building and launching tests using CRO tools and platforms (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimise etc.)
  • Excellent Analytical and Reporting Skills (using GoogleAnalytics/Excel/CRO Tools)
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS (using CRO tools to create tests/experiences)
  • Excellent Knowledge of UX principles
  • Excellent Excel Skills to analyse data
  • Minimum 5 years CRO/UX experience

It is essential that you have a clear background in testing and basic coding skills (as a minimum).
