Do you enjoy working in a multi-functional environment with a desire to succeed?

Interested? Then unthink field sales.
That's because we're not looking for traditional reps. This isn't a shoot from the hip sales job. We're looking for fresh thinkers with an entrepreneurial spirit and winning mentality. People who can demonstrate stacks of creativity, too.
Primarily working with licensed premises (restaurants, bars, pubs and hotels), you'll be unfazed by these environments, commercially astute and able to quickly assess your territory and identify its potential. The role will demand you're on top of your game every day, using your excellent account management skills, being inventive in the way you develop and win new business, and thinking creatively on your feet with existing customers (both single outlets & small groups of 10 outlets or less).
What might a typical day look like?
On Monday morning you could find yourself in a meeting with the owner of a chain of bars discussing bespoke promotional branding, collaborating on how to make a campaign more visible and profitable. Zipping to your next location, a new business meeting could see you presenting our fit with a new chain of trendy independent food-to-go shops. Phone calls to troubleshoot distribution challenges and finalise deals might follow. You may bring your day to a close by tidying up a proposal to send to a highly-valued customer in the morning.
What do you need to bring to the role?
It's safe to say that you'll always be moving at pace in this dynamic role. So you'll need to be energetic, resilient and possess a personality with the power to influence and connect. You'll be able to back all of this up with excellent customer service, showing initiative and demonstrating confidence in the way you input ideas and find solutions, while taking ownership and being accountable for results.
You'll have the skills to develop working relationships with lots of colleagues too - from our customer hub support centre to the wholesale team, telephone account managers, and brand and creative teams.
Like we said, this isn't just straight selling, but about fresh-thinking, connecting with customers, building relationships, collaborating, branding, inventing and creating.
