Senior Account Manager
Who is the client?
They are a marketing software company who specialise in providing enterprise data solutions (CRM Solutions) to blue chip companies in the UK and Europe. With a small account management team based in London who work directly with clients in Fashion, Media, Hospitality and Tech no two clients or days are the same, with a development team based overseas who manage the development and coding part of the business. We are looking for 4 new people to join the team.
This client has been growing steadily in recent years and now need additional resource to help manage an increasing client base and future growth plans.
The Senior Account Manager reports directly to either the Account Director or Director of Operations (UK) and is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts. The Account Manager is also responsible for managing the work of any Account Executives within their team.
What will I be doing?
The Senior Account Manager will provide reactive and proactive support and manage each of their client's requirements on a day to day basis. They will have a good understanding of the clients overall data structure and the associated automated CRM and campaigns which are employed. They should have a good understanding of each business sector their clients sit within which will help provide insight and opportunities to leverage the data we hold. You will build strong relationships with the development team to help deliver the required projects and support to clients.
You will also support identify case studies and content which can be used on the company website and in social media channels with the aim of winning new contracts for the business. This will involve meeting every client and spending time on client site.
The salary is £35-40k with good benefits, great culture, flexible work (where needed) and great bonus system.
