Digital Account Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

is partnering up with is an award-winning digital agencywith ambitious growth targets. We work with clients across the financial, property, food and drink, arts and heritage, and destination marketing sectors, delivering exceptional UX, design, development and social strategy with a focus on open source technologies such as Drupal,Wordpress and React JS.

You'll be passionate about digital technology and have proven experience of managing multiple client projectsand campaigns alongside a strong understanding of the industry landscape.

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of clients and will work closely with our development team to identify solutions and ensure quality. Day-to-day activities will vary according to your clients and projects but will include:

Defining and developing project statements of work with the client services team to ensure effective scoping, planning and forecasting, You will be managing small,medium and large projects delivering against the required project plans and budgets while managing clients expectations.

Day to day management of project teams - UX and UI designers, front and backend developers and testers based in London and Poland.

Managing projects and client risks and issues, escalating where necessary to the Managing Partner/Director, reviewing analytics across multiple channels to identify opportunities and anticipate any issues.

You will also give full support on all marketing requirements such as newsletters and website updates.

To be successful in this role you wll need to have a good understanding of digital technology and experience of delivering marketing campaigns, user experience and large web build projects. Have a great understanding of the full digital project lifecycle including the UX and design process, have knowledge of formal project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and Agile/Scrum.

You will need to be a strong communicator and have experience in client facing presentations, able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise across multiple projects within a fast paced working environment. Must have a proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities, problem solving and creative thinking.
