Client campaign Executive - Out of home Media Specialist

Our client are an Out of Home Media Specialist based in Soho, London and are seeking a Client Executive to join their team.

The Role:

This is an entry level role ideal for a confident individual with can-do-attitude. The role sits within their Compasses team which focus on geographic bespoke data led planning working across a wide range of businesses and big name brands.


  • Leading on the service of a portfolio of clients across a range of independent agencies and clients
  • Working with and supporting the rest of the team to help manage the running of client's accounts and delivering a first class level of client/customer service
  • Bringing together information to enable the smooth operation including competitive data, availabilities and costings
  • Managing campaigns from start to finish, including planning, buying and delivery
  • Carrying out financial analysis and monitor spend
  • Inputting budgets on the system for invoicing
  • Assisting with the design delivery and implementation of a campaign to fulfil the client's brief
  • Inputting enquiries and bookings into the database
  • Dealing directly with clients, taking enquiries and bookings by phone and email
  • Attending meetings with clients and media owners
  • Liaising with media owners and suppliers to book campaigns and be self-starting to gain a full insight and knowledge of their out of home portfolios
  • Forging strong relationships especially with contacts that are dealt with on a daily basis
  • Thinking creatively to offer innovative communication solutions for client's briefs

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous media planning/office/admin experience would be beneficial
  • Microsoft Office Skills including Excel as you will be managing large pieces of data and information
  • Experience in dealing with clients and suppliers would be an advantage

Salary and Benefits:

  • Annual salary of £22,000
