Our client specialises in the production of thought leadership videos across a range of market sectors. Working with some of the world's leading media distributors, their content has high visibility in the right target markets, so the sale of their services carries a strong ROI offering. Based in North London and dealing with clients across the world, they're now planning to grow their £8 million pa turnover by 50% in the next year. Can you help them do that?
You will work on one project at a time, selling thought leadership slots on your market-leading videos, to CEOs, COOs, CMOs and MDs across the world. Once the project is defined, you will research your targets and make calls to speak to them direct. Once speaking, you'll need to introduce the benefits you offer and explain the market challenges your video will address - they do a lot of work with the UN so these campaigns are high profile and, often, humanitarian in nature.
Find the right people, show your credibility, introduce the compelling benefits of the service you offer and move them to the right decision. Each package costs £25,000-£30,000; sell 3-4 of those a month and you make a great living.

Knowledge: At least 5 years' experience in media sales, preferably selling similar thought leadership campaigns over the phone; an excellent understanding of business, economics and world affairs.
Attitude: You should be driven, highly self-motivated and hungry to be successful (with all the financial / lifestyle benefits that brings!); you'll work hard without needing managerial support day-to-day; you'll know that the world evolves according to your actions and you're happy to take responsibility for your own success.
Skills: Outstanding telesales skills; excellent communication skills, including formal written English; proven ability to generate new business over the phone, preferably in a similar role; credible and confident when talking to senior decision makers over the phone.
Habits: Punctual; proactive; a hard worker; someone that leads by example.
