Our client is an award winning information provider, serving a wide range of financial, business technology and professional services markets globally. An entrepreneurial and creative, digital-facing organisation on the cutting edge of media.

They are now looking for an Account Managerto work across two market leading brands,in aclient facing role.You will need tohave a good understanding of the advertising media landscape. Therefore, keeping well informed about the competition and having a strong awareness of your own brands performance within your defined market space is a big focus in this job.

You will have a good track record of media sales account management, new business and be a confident presenter and business negotiator. Does this sound like you?

You will be responsible for:

  • Maximising your own sales results in conjunction with your team through meetings, emails and calls to comprehensively cover your client base
  • Establishing and maintaining multi-level contacts within your client base
  • Using your own sales skills to sell, consult and increase revenue and market share, across all media platforms
  • Having a good knowledge and understanding of the following platforms - digital, content, print events and content lead solutions
  • Being competent in applying tailored marketing solutions to clients and agencies through the company's range of products and services
  • Being actively out in the market each week
  • Adhering to guidelines established by sales management with regards to yield, value added sales and discounting
  • Media/Events sales experience wold be an advantage for this role
  • Experience of presenting and good presentation skills would be beneficial
  • Self-motivation and discipline
  • Team playing qualities whilst remaining competitive in a shared goal
  • Excellent time keeping and work ethic
