Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a Head of Paid Media to join an independent award-winning Digital Agency in London City Centre. This agency works with blue chip clients and provides long-term plans that produces the results for their clients to dominate the market. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Campaign Directors, Campaign Managers and Analysts working across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Display. The Head of Paid Media will also play a pivotal role in the preparation and presentation of new business pitches and proposals. The Head of Paid Media will benefit from Private Health & Dental care along with 25 days holiday including Christmas shut down and bank holidays along with training budgets to help further develop your career.

To apply for the Head of Paid Media position, you must have had Proven manager with extensive knowledge and experience of Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Display. Experience of managing and leading teams. Demonstrable understanding and experience across all major platforms with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evolve the paid search and paid social teams maintaining that they work with the latest technologies
  • Deliver content, insights and strategy for new business proposals
  • Improve workflow and performance throughout the team
  • Act as a leader for new products and industry trends
  • Develop partnerships with key media influencers and platforms
  • Conduct 121's, performance reviews and appraisals
  • Make sure the Paid Media team runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Monitor and report client profitability and make sure they are resourced efficiently
