Digital Media Manager - Paid Social

Global Sports Publisher/Media Owner

Central London

£35k - £45k + bonus + benefits

The Company:

  • Integrated content and sports marketing agency

  • One of the Worlds largest sports media businesses with a global reach of more than 80 million football fans

  • Client base that includes a who's who of brands synonymous with Football including Hyundai, Visa, Continental, Nissan, Adidas, Lucozade, Nike, Budweiser, ITV, UEFA & Pepsi

  • Work directly with football clubs including Man City

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to help establish a brand new, pivotal department with the most exciting media business in football.

  • Liaising externally with clients to demonstrate full media capabilities

  • Supporting with client pitches, create brilliant and exciting responses to brief

  • Develop and execute exciting media strategies across both own media channels and the fan network (influencers)

  • Developing best practice media strategy and delivering campaign management excellence

  • Building and scaling the team

  • Helping to build the product and commercial proposition

Requirements:

  • Ideally 3+ digital media experience from a leading agency

  • Analytical mindset and strategic thinking

  • Expert platform experience of YouTube, Facebook and Instagram as well as Snap and Twitter

  • Experienced in developing media strategies as well as campaign execution

  • Present engaging slides to clients as part of pitches and responses (not excel sheets!)

  • Interest and appetite to develop cross media knowledge, especially programmatic

  • Passion for sports is desirable but not essential (although it would help!)
