Location: London
Package: Up to £50k + Uncapped OTE, 10% on all sponsorships

Our client is prepared to offer the successful candidate a handsome remuneration package, together with excellent OTE which includes £100 per 12sm pro rate, regular "double bubble" days and an impressive lineup of company benefits.

Sounds great, what does the role involve?
As Head of Sales you will be joining a dynamic and high performing team on a recently acquired portfolio worth circa £4m in revenue per annum. The role will be a hybrid of both personal sales and team management. Your initial goal will be to bring structure, work processes and discipline to operations.You will be responsible for four direct reports and will take ownership of several larger key accounts. Moving forward the successful candidate will be expected to develop a sales strategy and grow the events revenue.

What will a typical working day look like?
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing a frontline interface between new and existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and managing business drivers.
You will be expected to connect with high-level decision makers including CEO's, CFO's and senior executives across the board. You should, therefore, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

As Head of Sales, you should have the capacity to position the company as a thought leader. As a team manager, you will also be expected to demonstrate leadership skills, motivational qualities and the ability develop operational processes.
