Job Description

Kindred Group is one of Europe's largest online gaming businesses with 11 brands serving over 21 million customers worldwide. We are looking for someone with passion to come and work for Kindred Group in a fast paced and exciting industry.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of high performing media buying accounts and will be expected to optimise our traffic on a daily (is hourly asking too much?!) basis, reaching and exceeding agreed KPIs. .

Doing so successfully will ensure that you and the team lead the way in terms of performance, reputation for excellence and integrity within Kindred Group and the wider online gambling sector.


You'll have some experience in advertising, either on agency or client side and will be looking to develop in a fast paced, digital business that's keen about sports. The more analytical you are the better, we are looking for you to be strong with your numbers and KPI's

Example responsibilities below:

  • Manage and expand the existing group of media buying and advertising accounts for all Kindred Group brands.
  • Regularly review player acquisition to ensure we are on track against agreed KPIs. Where we are not, you will take decisive corrective action to address this
  • Help create, plan and execute acquisition campaigns with input from the Acquisition Optimisation team
  • Monitor and analyse results of these campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reporting to the relevant Central and Country teams and other members of Kindred Group as required
  • Own the media buying/advertising budget for the relevant Countries and Brands, with input from your manager and Country teams
  • Closely monitor the marketing spend of your portfolio, in line with agreed targets
  • Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all media activity to relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to projects that improve existing processes and help drive innovation within the Digital Advertising team
