Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To achieve and exceed challenging revenue goals. Take a considered but creative approach to answering briefs. Deliver outstanding customer service in the day-to-day management of clients’ business. Manage and develop client and agency relationships at the most senior level. Be seen as a trusted partner and consultant for your clients’ marketing and communication needs, developing solutions from across the global portfolio. Generate and proactively win new business through an existing and new client base. Consistently seek new revenue opportunities via new product initiatives, creative solution selling, sector-based initiatives and other projects. Work closely with colleagues globally in formulating and presenting structured, research-based business cases to existing and development clients. Develop, manage and motivate direct reports, including relevant business plans. Consistently educate and develop both client and team digital knowledge. Be responsible for keeping up to date all necessary sales collateral, sector presentations etc. Support and contribute to team discussions and meetings. Meet and exceed agreed objectives and KPI’s. Instrumental in developing creative projects and new products to drive revenues within the luxury space. Further, solidify the company's profile within the UK luxury advertising market
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with partners in the luxury & consumer sector in the UK across all platforms. They are looking for someone who is Personable and professional with a proven track record in either a client facing or agency sales role. Genuine interest and passion for the luxury market. Hungry to develop existing relationships and create new contacts so as to drive new and incremental revenue. An excellent communicator with gravitas, influencing skills and the ability to operate at the highest level Organised and able to manage their time effectively. Able to excel individually and as part of a part team. Experienced in creating and executing commercial content partnerships. Existing management experience. 6+ years experience display luxury sales experience.
