This is a fantastic opportunity at a great company for a grad or school leaver with strong sales skills. This is a newly formed team (with a lovely start-up feel about it) selling to direct client and offers lots of scope to the right candidate.

Purpose of Role
The Account Executive will provide exceptional levels of service to all direct clients.
They will be responsible for delivering brilliant customer service to the client and creative and innovative campaign sales. This role demands proactivity, enthusiasm, hunger for success and the ability to motivate one’s self and also work as part of a team. The role is a new business role as this is a new phase of the business. This is a very exciting time for someone to join their team and make their mark in a new business and grow with them.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to pitch both large and small budgets confidently
• Creative approach to sales and deal-making, ensuring that the media ‘fit’ is right for the client • Ability to generate new business and take money from other media sectors • Lead source using own initiative • A proactive and positive ‘can do’ attitude; • Strong written and verbal skills • The ability to investigate market information and identify opportunities • Confident, presentable and friendly • Highly money motivated – Hungry for success Advantages (not essential) • Experience working in sales, Media or outdoor experience an advantage • A good understanding of the Media/Digital Industry • Existing Client Relationships
