Job Description:

Looking for a Sales Executive to join a very successful team selling cross-platform solutions for their market leading brand reaching eye-care and health professionals. Not only will you be selling display advertising across a key business weekly and website, but also exhibition stand space and sponsorship opportunities for one of the industry’s biggest exhibition and awards event.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months media sales experience, be able to rise to the challenge of generating revenue from a large client base (mix of account management and new business) and be a “self-starter” able to use his/her initiative as well as be able to fit in with a close-knit team. The role requires a 
high level of telephone activity and there will be opportunities to attend key industry events to meet clients and generate new business leads.

Key Skills / Characteristics:

  • Enjoy working in a structured, targeted environment with challenging KPIs.·
  • Build relationships with key decision makers through effective account management (over the telephone)
  • Versatility to sell across multiple platforms
  • Ability to provide accurate reporting and forecasting of sales
  • Great negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Professional and clear telephone manner.
  • Highly self-motivated, organised and be able to manage own time.
  • Good levels of IT literacy
