Job Description:

As arguably the UK’s largest online marketplace for all types of property to buy or rent, our client’s membership includes Estate Agents, Home Builders and Commercial Property Managers. With their national coverage, long-standing relationships and an unrivalled and outstanding choice of property, they continue to build upon their dominant position. Due to growth within their commercial property portfolio, they now have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager to cover a large Yorkshire and East Midlands based territory.

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Contribute to the overall delivery of commercial targets
  • Identify, qualify and win business within the commercial property sector
  • Deliver detailed and professional account management to won accounts
  • Develop relationships and present proposals at Director and Board level
  • Deliver solutions, interpret data/information and design/present strategic presentations that are tailored to each customer
  • Follow through to conclusion each element of the sales process

Job Requirements:

  • Those candidates who possess 3+ years new business, B2B sales experience coupled with an appreciation for online or digital solutions
  • Candidates with proven commercial sales experience and relationship building skills
  • Those who show competence in liaising with customers at all levels of hierarchy
  • Driven professionals with proven outstanding sales and negotiation skills and consistent over achievement of targets
  • This role is not suited to Estate Agents or Property Surveyors.

The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive package including a 40k basic salary with an uncapped 50-55k OTE. Additionally, there is an excellent benefits package on offer, which includes a quality car.
